PT REAGENTS

Uses: It is for Prothrombin Time testing.     ISI 1.1 - 1.52

Principle: Adding excessive thromboplastin and calcium ions to assayed plasma in order to transfer thromboplastin to thrombin, and thrombin make fibrinogen become fibrin clot, the clot formation time is negatively correlated with extrinsic coagulation factors volume

Clinical application: PT is intended for use in monitoring of extrinsic factor deficiencies and oral anticoagulant

Liquid: it can be stored at 2 - 8 for 30 days after opening.           Lyophilized: it can be stored at 2 - 8 for 5 days after reconstitution.

APTT REAGENTS

Uses: It is for activated partial thromboplastin time testing it is a liquid cephalic with ellagic acid as the contact activator.

Principle: Activate factor and factor with activator, brain phospholipid instead of platelet provide coagulation catalyzing surface, calcium ions participate in this course , then observe the poor platelet plasma clotting time , which is APTT. If deficiencies in the intrinsic pathway, clotting time will be prolonged and proportional with deficiency of odd factors.

Clinical application: It is used to monitor deficiency of intrinsic factor VIII IX XI and XII, also used to screen low molecular weight heparin therapy as well as lupus anticoagulant.

Storage: It has a 2 year shelf life when stored at 2 - 8. It is stored at 2 - 8 for 30 days after opening.

FIBRINOGEN REAGENTS

Uses: It is for the quantitative determination of fibrinogen FIB kit contains bovine thrombin (approximately 100IU/ml) and imidazole buffer.

Principle: Quantitative determination of fibrinogen is typical measurement, which is to determine diluted plasma clotting time after adding thrombin. In the coordinate illustration, thrombin time is proportional to the quantity of fibrinogen when there exist thrombin with high thickness and fibrinogen with low thickness.

Clinical application: It is intended for use in quantitative determination of fibrinogen, helping determine congenital and acquired fibrinogen deficiency (such as disseminated intravascular coagulation, liver disease, etc.). And monitoring thrombolytic therapy.

D-DIMER REAGENTS

Uses: It is for the quantitative determination of D-Dimer assay

Principle: Quantitative determinations of D-Dimer assay adopt the latex strengthened immunological measurement. Add the latex particles suspension marked anti D-Dimer monoclonal antibody to plasma. If D-Dimer increases in plasma, it will be combined with monoclonal antibody, at the same time latex particles agglutinate. Assay the OD value of turbidity with immunological measurement, and then calculate D-dimer thickness in the sample according to the standard curve.

Clinical application: D-Dimer quantitative determination is used to determine thrombophilia disease and monitoring thrombolytic therapy. D-Dimer in plasma reflect the activation of fibrinolysis system, which is a important index to determine deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, disseminated intravascular coagulation, pregnancy complications, thrombolytic therapy, forecast the tumor disease and myocardial Infarction risk.
